This is a great book! It has information of what your eating, with wonderful choice of recipes and easy to follow directions. This is one book I'll be buying.

Healthy or not depends on your perspective! Either way, this is a great book for ideas and inspiration! The photographs are nicely done and the recipes I have tried so far have been pretty darn tasty. I also liked the size of this book. It was easy to flip through while waiting in line or on the bus etc.

Great book with lots of ideas for quick meals. Interesting nutritional information, tips and hints.

This book is full of great ideas and recipes, loosely connected to dishes you might like in popular restaurants. I wasn't looking at it as a weight loss solution, so I can't comment on that, but as a source of recipes and ideas I think it's great!

The comparisons of restaurant vs. homemade meals are useful, but the recipes themselves are bland and use a surprising amount of butter, bacon, cheese, white flour, and white sugar - hardly healthy choices. They also call for many processed ingredients: i.e., the pizza recipes call for Boboli premade crusts, the pasta recipes call for wonton skins, and the Chicken Pot Stickers recipe actually calls for 24 frozen potstickers.
