I wouldn't listen to the Publishers' Weekly comment on this. It's very important to know who is educating our children, the life behind the public face of any artist, and in this sense, getting to know Raffi as an adult in charge of kids (as opposed to direct-marketing to kids, a big "cause" of his...) is powerful & useful. So instead of critiquing the book in this way, the Publishers' Weekly review would have been more helpful if it had described Raffi's worldview in Coles Notes form. (I can't: I haven't yet read the book!...) Namaste.
