I've enjoyed David's music and have attended B.S.&T. concerts in the past, so I picked up Blood Sweat & Tears. I was not expecting much, but was surprised by the way David wrote this book. Through his life he’s had run-ins with numerous individuals but he always (except with his father) could see the other persons side of the story. I've gained new respect for David having spent most of his life in the entertainment business and coming away with this attitude. A very enjoyable book

Very captivating book. The highs and lows of a canadian songwriter-perfomer shows vunrablitiy, dedication, determination, and sorrow.
The behind the scenes view of the recording industry was interesting. The title sure lives up to the succes and challenges David had with the band and on his own.
I would recomend this to any classic rock lover who is into learning a bit od the in's and out's of the music industry and is a up-coming artists themselves that would find David's thoughts valuable to pursuing a career in the singing-songwriting business.

I didn't know he had this much "musical" history behind him. Very interesting book and really enjoyed it.
