A recent poll found that when it comes to their personal info, more Americans trust the National Security Agency or the Internal Revenue Service over Google or Facebook. That's why Mozilla's VP of business and legal affairs, Denelle Dixon-Thayer, says "data hygiene" should be something every new or established tech company should be concerned about. "Trust is our currency," Thayer says in this interview. "If we don't have the trust of our users then we actually aren't going to be successful as a company."
