The audio was a good recording. The reader kept pace well and distinguished the various voices.
The mystery about Shakespeare could be interesting in another story. The discussion has been going on for ages. Not that I follow it but I enjoy Shakespeare and it's an interesting theory (I'm pro Shakespeare).
There....I've said something nice about this book.
I did not like this story, the main character, he overuse of flowery similies (""Smoke swept down the side of the building like luxurious tresses of hair") or the clumsy, obvious and cliched actions. The heroine was a dumb kind of headstrong. She caused danger to herself and others by her actions.
Needless to say, I won't be continuing with the series.
Loved it. I love Shakespear so putting it in this real life twist was awesome. But, what did Sir Henry have against Roz? Did they have some sort of bad history or something?
from page one i was hooked. unlike anything i could have read this book was intense and in a good way.
who knew that Will could lead to all that drama and scandal.
can't wait for the next one.
loved it the author and narrator really made me want to read more.
who knows what book 2 will hold.
Long Lost work of Shakespeare stirring things up again...Great adventure, intriguing sense of time and place. Fast pace and engaging.
If you like thrillers, english literature, shakespeare, you will enjoy this book!
