Cara longs to fly Skydancer her favorite dragon but after her mothers tradgic accident her dad has banned her from riding. Her best friend Breena on the other hand is the best intermediate flyer of dragonsdale.

Cara gets angry that she cant ride and has continous descutions with her dad that she should be able to ride after all it will be fun for Skydancer as well. Skydancer will not let anyone else ride him exept Cara as they have formed a trust bond... Will cara ever be able to ride her beloved Sky?
