Very good reference book although it skirts around ethnic problems, I suppose in an effort to be politically correct. They didn't mention that people from other countries have very different customs, like the Europeans show without a tub or enclosure right over the sink/ toilet etc ie the whole bathroom is their shower enclosure. Japanese douche themselves with water outside the tub prior to entering the tub. Landlords may find their bathroom floors and ceilings from units below theirs to be soaking wet. And others use cardamom and other very strongly scented spices that permeates the walls and can almost never be removed! No mention of how to evict tenants for excessive wrecklessness and abuse to property, or breaking lease conditions like smoking, owning pets etc if these conditions are prohibited in their lease. Or what to do if the cost of clean up & repairs are beyond the damage deposit, or how to deal with pot and crack users. Can I evict someone for bringing in roaches and bedbugs??
