I lived on food from this book for a year many moons ago and it really seemed to cure me of migraines....

lots of interesting tidbits here about 'heating' and 'cooling' foods--for example, lemon is considered to be a 'heating food' (good to eat when it is cool outside....) and lime is a cooling food (nice for summer)
this is a special book, my copy is in pieces, well loved and well used.
