I have to say I was disappointed in the sequel to The Weilmoringle Kid. The first book was most interesting depiction of a young teacher's experience at his first school in the Outback. But this one, the sequel, was mainly a wrap-up of the first as he revisited the area trying to find his former students. He does a lot of philosophising about the Aboriginal situation as well as the differences between Canadians and Australians. It seemed to drag.
