One of the very best thrillers-my favorite genre- I have read so far. The book is about a missing persons detective diagnosed with a form of brain cancer who uses clues from a past involvement with a serial killer case, to solve the mystery of a missing girl and her mother all the while dealing with confusion, forgetfullness and seizures. The book is not the very best written but it conveys the story very well.
