Robert William Pickton and the Tragic Story of Vancouver's Missing Women

I'm a bit puzzled by the complaints that this book doesn't explain the "why". Only Willie knows why, and (even if he could articulate it) he's not telling! It was a good read. A fascinating view into the Picktons, their friends and their victims. Plus details as to how and why the VPD and RCMP messed up so completely. A native British Columbian will notice that the author gets some little things wrong though: for example she confuses Comox with Courtenay and thinks the Hotel Vancouver is called the Vancouver Hotel. The editor was dozing too, as there are plenty of typos and other mistakes. A bit sloppy, but compelling nonetheless.
